Welcome to this new episode of Breathe in, Love Out. I am very pleased that you are here. For the ones who do not know me, I am Doctor Nathalie, a metaphysical practitioner. I am deeply grateful to have been able to help and inspire people for a few decades now.

It is not always easy to believe in ourselves and stop the ego controlling our mental space. I know a lot about this! And over the past 30 years, I became an expert in gratitude and ego-based mind. 

Each episode is a little light switch to light up your path, helping you to bridge your way to your inner Self. Today, you might learn from what I will share, and you might only be reminded of something your ego might veil.

The goal is to help you better understand your mental space, and to learn to know your Authentic Self a little more every day. 

The ego-based mind loves to be in control, but we can take our control back with mindfulness. 

So again, welcome, and I am very grateful that you are here on this magnificent mindfulness journey. 

Let's lift up those ego veils.

Instead of waiting for others to change, or the situation to change, be the change you want to see. I am sure you heard this before, but did you truly listen?

Allow yourself to be the light one step at a time. There are many ways to do this. For example not allowing yourself to participate anymore into gossips and bickering; not allowing yourself to talk about negative things and news over and over again with every person you meet on your way to the coffee machine. Catching yourself right before you were about to add fuel to an escalating negative conversation.

Do you see where I am going?

In not participating in daily and common ego-based situations, you will slowly start shining light because you will allow your Inner Self to slowly shine out by not blocking its light with your ego-based ways. You will slowly start seeing things differently because you will not feed the same thoughts in your own mind. Also because with the light on, we can see much better.

Yes, there will be times when you will not be able to ignore someone waiting for an answer, and there will be times when you will have to also speak your truth no matter how negative it may be at first. Stay Authentic with yourself without over doing it. Do not pretend everything is okay, but do not start any fire either. 

Acknowledging those emotions to see what needs to be worked on is shining light on yourself. Remember, the only one that you can change is yourself so you also need some light on yourself.

The beautiful thing is that changing yourself will also change your environment, your friends, and your habits.

Be the light and be wise.

Today, I am inviting you to find a way to not engage in easy and automatic negative habits. Take the time to sit down and list them to know what they are. And meditate on how you can stop engaging without much effort, or how you can catch yourself when you are about to do so.

Remember To breathe in, to let go of your ego-based thoughts, and vision, to see from your soul, and to love out. Until the next episode, I am wishing you a beautiful and grateful time.
